15 gr black truffle summer (available on Just Tartufo)
250 gr fresh pasta (tagliatelle)
75 gr butter
Preparing summer black truffle tagliatelle is quick and easy. Start by scraping the truffle with a moistened medium-bristled brush to remove soil residues. While the egg pasta is cooking in plenty of salted water, work the truffle by cutting it into strips and placing it on a plate. In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the truffle residues and sauté the tagliatelle, keeping the whole slices of truffle aside for garnishing the dish.
At this point all that remains is to serve and enjoy the dish, seasoning with a sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese and decorating it with slices of truffle.
